About Mae Counselling
I am a counsellor registered with the ACA (#20389). Within my countless years of expertise, I hold the ability to offer you an effective and personalised mental health treatment. My main objective is to provide a counselling service that not only makes you comfortable but allows you to express your rawest emotions seamlessly. I endeavor to assist you in making positive shifts in your life to attain a healthier version of yourself. I am able to provide you with consistent support, help you in shifting your mindset, working on your overall well being and assist in strengthening your connections; either within yourself, your family or your significant others.

My areas of focus are both Individual and Marriage Counselling utilising evidence based and behavioural therapies.
I am trained in Gottmans' Couples Therapy Modalities.
My Gottman certification includes;
- Level 1 & 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy
- Seven Principles of Making Marriage Work
I integrate this modality effectively in Couples' Counselling along with other expansive training such as self love after dealing with a narcissist and intimacy coaching.
