About Mae Counselling
I am a counsellor registered with the ACA (#20389). I hold the ability to offer you an effective and personalised mental health treatment. My main objective is to provide a counselling service that not only makes you comfortable but allows you to express your rawest emotions seamlessly. I endeavor to assist you in making positive shifts in your life to attain a healthier version of yourself. I am able to provide you with consistent support, help you in shifting your mindset, working on your overall well being and assist in strengthening your connections; either within yourself, your family or your significant others.

My areas of focus are both Individual and Marriage Counselling utilising evidence based and behavioral therapies.
I have completed both Level 1 and Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and utilise them in my marriage counselling along with other elite training such as self love after dealing with a narcissist and intimacy coaching.
In your individual counselling journey, we will discuss anything your heart desires; where you are at, where you have been and where you wish to go. There is no situation too big or too small to address. Your mental health is one of the most valuable assets you can hold and it is a worthwhile investment for both the short and long term.
